40 this year and looking to actually stick to Keto. Breastfeeding and mum to 3 one with extra needs so I'm probably gonna fail lol. Any other keto ladies feel free to add me. Il do my best to log every day. I also tend to spin/run 3x a week and weights 2/3x a week only 30 mins as it's all I can leave my eldest for.
