Injury recovery and frustration
Hi all- 56 y female recouping (slowly) from 2 torn meniscus and and mcl strain. I have been struggling to lose weight, so upped my exercise and BOOM, injured during Pilates of all things. Working on getting my steps back up to5000, but surgery is not off the table. Sticking to 1300-1400 calories/day. Any tips- I work full…
