I'm Nick, 34, and lives in Cedar Falls, Ia.. I have been having trouble losing weight my entire life and desire a healthier me. I started at 220 lbs near the end of June and weighed 210 this morning. I've got a goal of 200 but have been thinking of going as far as 195.
