Thyroid issues
I gained a lot of weight, on my medication for thyroid issues. I was always between 135-150, but I am now a lot more. Since, my thyroid issues. Trying to get down to 150. If anyone has a thyroid issues how did they lose the weight. I would love to find a buddy that we can communicate with when we gain weight.
