With your whole wheat pasta? I have a ton of whole wheat pasta and want to make some healthy meals with it that I can take for my lunch so it will have to be reheated. Any ideas?

so I have planned to do 30 ds 5 days a week and on alternating days do 6 week 6 pack and killer buns and thighs in addition to the shred. How does that sound?

Is it better to force myself to eat when I am not hungry and be a little under my calorie goals or force myself to eat? I have added a snack to add more healthy calories but I am still just not making it. Thanks for your advice. :smile:
