Started Power 90 today
I was doing power 90 and lost 15 lbs really quick then fell off due to a cold. But now I'm back. Here I come 205 lbs!
Ok, going out with friend of mine to a halloween party and don't wanna look lame. Any ideas? Whats the best/worst you have seen on the fellas out there?
I have noticed from my plan that a few days out of the week I undershoot my calorie goal by 600-700 calories. Other days I may go over. Does it even out over a week. I have been limiting myself to 1700-1800 calories a day and losing about 3 lbs per week. Mostly fat according to my measurement scale.
Anyone taking or had success with supplements for energy and weight loss? I am currenty supplementing my diet with b vitamins but curious on others experiences on what works. Thanks!
to take me back to 26 and weighing 205. Work, kids and time contrains take a toll....ughhhh
