Round 2 of BR advice
I just started week 11 yesterday and I will be finished with the program on November 23rd. I plan on doing some various other workout DvDs until the New Year and do another round of BR starting Jan 6. For anyone who has done this, how much did you increase your weights by? How were your results?

I started my most recent weight loss journey in late August. I have lost 14.8 lbs since and while I know that is a good number, I just keep thinking to myself it just feels like a small dent in my journey. Plank ups
I started week 4 today. For the life of me I cannot do a plank up in proper form. I am fine if my hands are closer to my head but if I try to put my hand under my shoulder I have an extremely hard time pushing up. I can do every other move but I am afraid that I will be moving on without getting through those damn plank…
