Eating Fewer Calories On Days Without Exercise
I'm having a hard time sticking to 1200 calories on Sunday (the one day I don't workout) when I'm used to eating over 3000 calories every other day (I workout for 21/2 hours 6 days a week). Any suggestions...I've tried saving some of my calories from each day and moving them to Sunday so I don't feel deprived, but somehow…
