Not enough water...
I'm finding it really difficult to reachmy 8 glasses of water and I'm wondering what the rest of you do to reach it. Water is the only thing I drink and I always have a glass with meals. I also always have a water bottle with me. i just never think about drinking when I'm not thirsty and I guess I'm just not thirsty enough…
