I'm looking for a way to alternate between my treadmill and other exercises (abs, legs etc) in order to break up the time on the treadmill. Does anyone have a some structured workouts that have me hopping on and off the treadmill? Is this even a good idea?

Newbie-Heart rate monitor suggestions?
Hello, I'm looking for recommendations for a device that tracks my calories burned throughout the day (a heart rate monitor?). Something I can wear all day that isn't too ugly or large.
