Hello, I just started this program, and I am trying to get different ideas for all meals, so that I don't get bored. The reason I don't stick to a certain program in the past is because I get sick of eating the same food.
My dr said max of 3 months so last pill was last Thursday. I'm kind of upset he didn't tell me what to do to wean off it, as I am now so sluggish and tired. How did everyone else deal with it? I know there's pills with longer term but I lost 25 and I want to do the last 25 naturally. I just need energy is all. My appetite…
