I'm gonna break out my DDR and start playing it. Now, I remember quite the workout that game could give you.... but how would I log the calories burned?

I live in a teeny tiny apt, what are some good cardio exercises I can do at home? I don't have money for a gym membership and right now temps are below freezing so inside is all that's possible!
I've had this site for a while but stopped using it, never used community that I can remember, now I'm back on. I'm 24 and a momma to 3 little ones. I managed to lose the weight a couple years back but it all came back :(
