Too much protein??
Hi everyone! I've been staying within my calorie goal but I've noticed that on a few days, I have gone over the protein total. I don't think it's excessive but on my highest day, I was -17 on the protein count. Is eating too much protein a bad thing? How does that actually affect someone negatively?

Hi, I am about 3 months away from turning 47. I am a few lbs within my desired weight and work out regularly but I find I am struggling to maintain and regain the muscle tone I had just 2 years ago.
