Another Newbie
I was actually recommended this by my GP -- my comfort eating is no longer providing any comfort and I am wheezing like a bagpipe due to my excess baggage! Desperately need as much support as I can muster - will add as many ppl as I can :-) -- more than happy to meet you over on StalkBook too :-)
