Hello Everyone
I have had the MFP account for two years but have decided today is the day to start using it religiously. I am super excited and ready to move forward with my weight loss goals. I lost over 100 lbs a few years ago and have slowly gained 75lbs of it back. I am ready to get it back off....for good!!!
