Coming to end of goal.. now what..?

Quick question re: calories. Does anyone know how many calories are in a tub of garlic sauce? I'm talking about a take away type sauce which you can't really buy from supermarkets in the UK? Obviously they are all going to vary but just an approximation, can't find anything on the web. Zak
