I have decided, for me, that I lose weight more consistently by counting points. My problem is, the weight watchers boards are not supportive. Feel free to add me as a friend if you are following WW too. Thanks.
Just for kicks I lowered my calorie goal per day to 1000 calories.....it states I will lose approx. 2.3 (?) pounds per week. And, I know all the discussions re: starvation mode we have had.....but why does mfp say you will lose more pounds by eating less calories? AND when I didn't eat at all this past weekend I lost three…
