Hi i'm on day 3 of 30 day shred! anyone have any ideas what i should put down for cals burned during these workouts? also do i have to combine a special diet with it at all or just normal healthy eating? thanks

1500 or 1200?
How many cals do most people opt for? i've picked 1500 but thinking of changing to 1200 and exercise to top up the cals. Any thoughts on this? wondering how much i could lose doing this as apposed to slow and steady!

Hi just joined yesterday, looking for friends who are wanting to lose weight the right way! tried a few times to lose weight and this seems the most sensible and realistic! i'm aiming for 1lb a week sticking to 1550cals and 3 lots of exercise, started c25k 2 weeks ago.
