Another way of doing it?
Hi I am new to MFP but have been losing weight on and off for years. I hit my heaviest around 2000 then lost a bit on my own and joined Weightwatchers in 2004 at 374lbs. I lost a lot, but gained some of it back when my husband went through cancer and I hit peri-menopause. I keep trying but my hormones seem to be thwarting…
