Been doing this on my own for over 40 days and I feel like a success. 17 lbs in 6 weeks. Not really exercising much outside of bartending a couple nights a week. Feel I need to lose more weight to be able to move enough to make an impact.
Been here for 41 days and have lost 16 lbs. I hope to just keep it going till I reach a healthier weight and regain some energy of years gone by.
