Trying to invest in an elliptical -- what is a good brand/model? I was looking at Nordic-Track 7.1,
I heard from a friend that when you lose weight the first part that reduces is your face? Is this true? I googled it but got different answers, so since you are all experienced with weight loss, what body part loses weight first the most?
My biggest issue is wearing sneakers at the gym. I have wide feet and a flat foot and they hurt like hell in normal sneakers, to the point where it's unbearable and I have to remove my sneakers and exercise with socks! Any good recommendations?
Well, I have a scale at home and it's pretty horrible. I go to the doctor and they tell me a different weight, and I come home and it's different. I can never know my actual weight or if I gained or not. Does anyone recommend a really good scale and in some what of a good price range. I don't want to be paying 200 bucks…
