I work shift work .. Every single week my shift changes.. I find midnights the hardest shift to stay on track.. Was just wondering if I could get some advice from other shift workers or midnight workers.. How do you stay on track .. What time do you get breakfast, lunch and dinner in ?? Thank You

OK I had my daughter via C-SECTION in 2003.. I have an apron for a belly now.. I have lost 51 LBS.. since May 2011 ( woot woot).. Yes I do crunches and abs, about 5 times a week..
