I just got T25 for my birthday and am starting it 9/9... who is in???
It was free for a month- from a friend. Seems like a good program but VERY rigid. I don't do well with that. Wondering if anyone else has done it.. has any good recipes... or just general advice :) Thanks! Jen:smile:
I am a former WW dieter, and one thing I really liked about that program is that it gives you extra to play with if you want to go out to dinner or have a slice of cake.. Anything like that here? It really helped me to stay on track if I knew that I had "points" to look forward to later in the week. How does everyone else…
