Toe running vs heel running?
I tore my calf muscle running :( I naturally land toe first, always have. One physio says it is better to land heel first and roll through the step, and if I did that I might avoid another injury. I have only been on here a month, so I don't actually know anything. I am a middle-aged mum. My BMI is ok, in the bottom third of the range.
