A lot of very considered responses here. It seems most of us prefer tolerance to confrontation.

Thanks. I had a look in the supermarket and I couldn't find anything like this. Do you have a brand name I could look up?

What is smart water? What are the benefits?
-
What are Himalayan salts. How much do they cost.

What if the cramps are occurring before exercise, like at breakfast? Does it have to be unperfumed soap?
-
Crisps. Halfway through a tennis match, serious calf cramps, perfect excuse for a pack of crisps. Works, too.

There are some really smart people who are convinced by the biblical Jesus, his death and resurrection. If you think you are shooting fish in a barrel, you might be picking the easy barrel. I don't feel any compulsion/duty to correct the religious.

Oh please don't anybody tell me that rice cakes are bad. Or worse than bananas. Especially since one of the kiddoes takes two rice cakes AND a banana to school for morning tea most days. Where is the blog? Oh, I see it.

Oh I see, erebor and niner! You are changing the angle of the wrists, whether it is a knuckle push up or on the weight thingoes. There are no pads on the floor and we don't have any weight thingoes. Men are expected to do knuckle push ups whilst women are exempted. I can get her to try knuckle push ups at home with some…

Is that what time is saying? Pretend I don't know anything (I don't).
-
Not quite sure what you mean by push up bars or hex shaped dumbbells. Do you mean bench presses? There is no scope for weights at training.

If you are looking down at your wrists in push up position, it is the inside/left side of her right wrist. She can point to the exact spot - it is not a general ache. She is not in terrible pain, she just mentions it is a bit sore, so we have not gone to the doc so far.

Ha, Tufel, you (and I) can't have the wonderful Li Na, as the OP said apart from the top players and she is right up there now! I like Venus Williams as she started the game-changing that has resulted in the power games of Stosur, Serena and hopefully Sloane. I like to watch Tsonga. Different game but, like Hewitt, he…

A cake or a slice is normal for morning tea in this comp. My problem is that the ladies think a religious excuse is better than a health excuse. No, I can't eat that, because I am ordered to stay within GHODG (God's Holy Ordained Denial Guidelines). Totally trumps any bogus sciencey reasons like incipient diabetes or heart…

Sounds like Asian stirfry with some sliced chicken and teriyaki sauce to me.

The lady next door gave me a copy of The Australian Women's Weekly Cookbook in 1979. Australian and New Zealand posters know what a venerable institution the Weekly is. In the back of my 1979 cookbook is a calorie counter (Egg Boiled 1 80). Tucked away in the corner is a helpful NOTE: Almost anyone can lose weight on 1200…

We will win the second test. Predictions for the third?

As you know, I play ladies doubles, but I think my response works just as well with singles. I hit a slice forehand lob to their backhand court and follow it in. If they try passing me down my forehand line I am there. Cross court I am there, or my partner. If they throw up a counter-lob with their backhand I back myself…

Doctor Who Achilles Neo Jackie Chan Jackie Chan just so I can say I have been in a team with Jackie Chan.

Disappointment. Not as funny when it isn't you. But I'm not sad because Australia won the first Ashes test tralala!
-
Cool. Where's the jerk, though? Haha it looks like you are blowing raspberries on her belly. Very funny vid.

1-0 to Australia. Predictions for Adelaide test?

Exactly. I logged everything I ate quite strictly, measuring and weighing food and entering it into MFP. I think it is easier to lose weight slowly because that way one is less likely to feel hungry and it is not a huge change. When one only has a few kilos to lose this means one is only eating only a couple of hundred…

Just teasing you, although you do look great. I'm 46 and going through the change now. I put on 3kg last year, didn't look too different but hated not fitting into clothes. I didn't change my exercise, followed MFP on a pretty small deficit and lost it over a couple of months. For me the trick was just to be really strict…

Hard to find those suckers. And when you do, they are down. I'm looking at you, Indooroopilly Shopping Town!.

Gawd. I give up.

You say Cussons was the only thing that worked. What other products did you use? How long did you try them for? How is something that works quickly a product that we have to use for years? Don't be dim, sisters.

blah blah blah, and time. Disregard the blah. I appreciate the fact that some people will feel better if they rub stuff on themselves. They have a problem and they feel better if they think they are doing something about it. The reality is that rubbing stuff of the outside of the skin will not cure damage that has happened…

Starvation, meh. What about your trying to drink a gallon of water! That is four litres! Eight glasses of water is the mantra, just over 2 litres, and even that is too much as it disregards the water we take in from food.
