Casein Pudding!
Guy at nutriement store gave me this tip: 1 Scoop Casein (Optimum Choco Supreme is awesome) 0% Fat Milk Just mix and stir like crazy until you have a smooth mix (add milk if needed) Put in fridge for 1 hour This is delicious!!!! Did you already tried that?
