Just got my fitbit Charge HR and so far I love it. Am going to a class tomorrow afternoon to learn more about it but am pleased already. Can connect with Fitness Pal too!
I have been at 30 pounds off for over a month, even though I have been following my food plan religiously. It's so frustrating. Any tricks to get over the hump and to stay motivated during these plateaus? The good thing is, I've lost inches, just haven't lost pounds. Help!
