I am currently doing around 30-60minutes exercise a day and I am breathless but really pushing myself. I signed up to join a zumba class starting on the 8th, im wondering if there is any point, I doubt im going to be able to keep up and will most probably end up looking like a wally!!

Hiya im Sarah 27 from Kent. I started using this site yesterday, its brill, such an eye opener as to what my intake is, definitly a boost to cut down and workout more!! I looking to lose 3 stone, no time limit, just want to enjoy doing it. Would like some buddies on here for support :)
