How many calories per day???
HI everyone, I started using my MFP over a wk ago it reccomends i eat 1930 calories a day and when i exercise it gets into the high 2500's I really just wanted to do a 1500 but ive heard when u exercise and burn the more u eat . Any suggestions out there? should i use what MFP recommends or go with my own calories?…
