Newbie to the site, trying to loose again
Hi! I am new to this site but not to the journey of loosing weight. Two years ago I did a Biggest Loser program in my town and lost 30 lbs! I was so happy. I lost 18 on the program and then 12 on my own continuing. I started gaining again about 8 months ago and just thought it was the Holidays, but the lbs kept coming on.…
