BMR and Exercise - how many calories do I need to eat?!
I'm so confused! I am currently 222 and am 5'2. So I have quite a bit of weight to lose. So my BMR is about 1700. I do 30-60 minutes of exercise a day. 30 cardio and then approximately 4 days per week, circuit training (20 minutes). I burn approximately 300 calories via exercise.
