My feet burn and hurt like crazy with any workouts I do. I am getting really annoyed that I have to stop bc my feet hurt. I have great shoes and ortodic insoles from the chiropracter but that isn't seeming to help all that much. What's the scoop with socks? What should I be doing? Any suggestions?
