Does anyone have one of those balance ball / stability ball chairs that they use in the office? I'm thinking of getting one, but wanted to get some recommendations. What has your experience been?

What a let down...what am I doing wrong?
So, I've been trying to be really good and stick to the 1200 calorie plan/goal. I started September 5 and for the most part, I have been tracking every single thing. I'm even going to the gym 3 times a week, (sometimes 4) or doing some type of exercise. But after three weeks, I've weighed myself and I gained a pound. Ugh.…

Let's Do This!
So here I am, I've signed up for yet another online fitness/health program. I'm hoping this one sticks. I like the way this is laid out and so far, it's motivating me to go to the gym. Especially if I find myself over calories for the day. Just need to stay on track and motivated. Looking for others to keep me going!
