I have learned so much from mfp. I went from 240 to 185 in about a year. I stopped using the app and maintained 185. I am hoping that by posting before and after I will feel more motivated to get back on track. Mfp taught me not only how to lose weight, but how to keep it off.
I have been using MFP for awhile but have no friends. I was thinking that the support might help me stay on track. My new years resolution is to get in shape for summer.
