I'm sure this has been asked on here before, but....I'm asking anyways. I eat my dinner fairly early-5-6ish. I try to work out before I eat, because once I eat I don't usually feel like doing anything very productive. Occasionally, if I'm not too full I will after dinner, though. Thoughts?
