I know there are people out there that don't think meal replacement shakes work. And for some people they might not. But I have been doing one shake a day for a month and have lost 25 pounds. I had been working out and watching my intake before starting these. Just wondering if anyone else has tried it and what you think…
So I started April 1st and have lost 47 pounds!!! I have more energy, but when I look in the mirror, I dont see a change, and only my mother in law has said that she can notice. Its driving me crazy! When do other people start to notice?
