Ladies, am I the only one that feels this way? I have cramps and I don't know if it's a good idea to even do my Insanity workout. What do you all do?
something like muscle milk, protein powder, vitamins, etc.. for a girl that is doing the workout program Insanity? I want to see results. I know Beachbody sells results and recovery formula and Shakeology, but it's too expensive. I went into a GNC the other day and was completely overwhelmed. Any suggestions?
