we are 2/3 done people!! i missed yesterday, my first day to skip but i did it twice today to make it up. won't be making that mistake again!!

last day of level 1!!!!!! definitely ready to move on, i have gotten too comfortable at this level. i started out at 3 lbs then have been using 5 lbs almost thru-out. bring on level 2!
