how to account for the exercise in my daily log
Hi, I'm dong the 30 day shred videos. I can't figure out how to add this to my daily log. I tried high impact aerobics but that's not really it, and I'm guessing the videos shred more than 189 calories. I'm wondering, how are other people entering it?
