Low calorie but now low enough, disappointed...
I'm so disappointed. I set a low calorie goal for myself and I keep surpassing it. It's still low but not my goal.I feel like I'm loosing. At this rate it's going to take forever to reach my goal. Hello all, I'm new here just stopping by to introduce myself. Disappointed to have gained so much weight so I'm going on calorie restriction. Worked last time and I'd love a little support and help. Want to fit back into my frame again and be happy with my size once more. Getting older sucks!
