Water October - 8 glasses a day.
I'm challenging myself to drink more water in October - I'm averaging 4 glasses a day currently. I've considered joining other water challenges, but honestly, I know I'll find it difficult to drink 10+ glasses a day. So, for October, I'm going to challenge myself to drink 8 glasses a day.
