So, recently I think have pin-pointed where I go wrong when I am in binge-eating mode. I will eat something, be completely full, and ignore it. A small victory...
Tomorrow is three weeks of going to the gym every day! :D It feels great to be keeping on track for once! Usually by now I stray, give up, or fool myself back into my old ways. Thanks MFP for helping me keep it up so far! Here is to another 3 weeks! (baby steps :D )

I am hearing about HRM and how accurate they are but I have a question that is getting lost in a thread and am very curious the answer. Do you find that your HRM is dramatically different from the calorie number it says you burn on machines at the gym with built-in HRM's?

Taking a break?
My boyfriend keeps hounding me that I should take a break from the gym one day every week. Usually I go for an hour everyday- but I feel like even if I go for an hour and just WALK on the treadmill it is better than not going.
