I am 7 pounds away from my goal weight and feel like I have hardly changed at all most of the time. But I have lost around 80 lbs (most not on MFP). I hope one day I will see the same thing everyone else does! Even when I DO notice the difference. ... it is not as great as everyone makes it sound.

It is calorie free but not the best on its own or in pb and j's. For recipes it is good, however. PB2 is awesome and super low cals....45 for two TBS.

Not enough water? That causes me cramps? Stretching afterwards? Works wonders! Pushing too much? Been there! Done that! Are you cross training? You should!

This is exactly why I hate eating anywhere besides my house. I can make something that tastes BETTER to me than any DQ product (or most restaurants, actually) and it will be healthier with less cals. Just gotta put in a little work!

With strength training you need to allow time to rest in between. I would say no more than three times a week if you are doing it for long amounts of time. Don't forget to get your protein in as well to help build and repair those muscles.

I usually do for a while..and then it ends up to be just too much food (I definitely go ALL out and make sure I eat all the crap I have been craving so I can get it out of my head for a while) But I do end up quick adding enough cals to cover it (and probably many more!)

Love this idea! I usually feel... To be honest, the slightest bit pleased that I got to "not care" for a little while about what I eat/how much/how bad it is for me and just EAT but then reality sets in a few moments later and I am just guilty, and disappointed, and frustrated. And FULL.

Hello. It sounds like you are jumping right into it, which can be good and bad. I love how enthusiastic you are to get going...but it might come to a abrupt stop if you can't keep it up. maybe don't go so low on calories for a while? 2 things that have helped me ALOT: 1. sleeping with a clean towel over my pillows. So simple..but overlooked. 2. Taking Biotin daily. It has helped so much more than any acne product.

For a while I kept them, just in case. Then I realized that is not truely committing and I shouldn't ever need them again! So I gave some to my sister and the rest are going to goodwill.

Sometimes, I give in. If it is late at night and I have not had a "cheat meal" in a while I will do it...I kow that doing it for the night is better than doing an entire cheat day! Otherwise, I go workout or do yoga. Or keep myself busy with something else (like scanning MFP topics). Sometimes looking up healthier versions…

I would say you are already buying a lot of the things that tend to be cheaper. One of my favorite meals is pizza but it is very high in calories but I found a way to eat it and is SUPER healthy in comparison. I practice yoga almost daily but I don't really stretch right before/after a workout. But the yoga definitely helps a lot of the pain either way.
