strength exeercise not recognising calorie burn
:ohwell: So right now i am not doing cardio due to a fractured heel and right now I have no access to stationary bike. so i do at least 200 different types of sit-up/crunches . . . squats with a bar bell . . . dead lifts . . . push-ups, etc. when I put them into my diary ther are no calories burned. Am i doing something…
