Waaaaait, someone explain this.
So, I just read on MFP, that however many calories you burned in a day, you have to eat them all back to ensure weight loss. Is this true? Because I go to the gym at like 9-10 at night, and I don't eat when I come home at around 11:30. And I've burned 600-800 calories a day the last few days.

HELP ME.
My parents want to go to Outback... and there's a Grilled Chicken Sandwich with fries, but it's a little over 1,100 calories. However, i worked out today and got negative numbers, so I have about 1,900 calories left today. What should I do?! Opinions!

Lacking Motivation
Well, I'm Olivia, and I'm 18 years old. I weight about 272 pounds, which sucks.. I keep trying to stay on track, but I have absolutely NO motivation, so I'm giving this a try. I don't really have much to say, but I hope I can make friends and keep on the right track this time. :) Good luck to everyone else!
