cant loose body fat
I have been working out faithfullly for two months. I lost 2lbs and 7 inches. I do cardio on a treadmill 5 days a week, weight lift 3 days a week. I drink only water, no juice, no soda ( miss my coke) and no coffee. I dont eat fast food or junk food. I eat chicken, turkey, fish, vegetable and fruits. i bust my butt in the…
