My wife and I are looking at buying a treadmill or an elliptical machine. We already have a stationary bike and I run outside when I can (2-3 times per week). Any suggestions for us to consider before we buy? Any problems you've had with one or the other?
I was wondering what kind of experiences people have with various types of races like the Warrior Dash, Tough Mudder, etc. I am extremely interested, but want to know what to expect.
Not many of my friends are on MFP right now. Most of them are not really looking to track their exercise or food. I would like a few friends to develop an online accountability. (It's nice to hear comments from the same username once in a while.)
