3 weeks of no gym...how to get back into the swing of it?

Stopped gym: Lost weight. How is that possible?
As I mentioned in previous post, I hadnt been to gym for 3 weeks. I went on holiday for much of this time and actually drank a LOT of beer and wine, ate many cheese pies and generally indulged quite a lot. So how on earth did I come back noticeably thinner than I was before I left? It baffles me. Any theories?

I need some inspiration as I have run out of new ideas for easy & satisfying savoury snacks/light meals, hot or cold. Criteria is: less than 120 calories per snack and no more than 5 grams of fat. I need actual food and will do more exercise but I'm eager to have a flatter tummy by this time on Sunday :blushing:

Gluten Free Bread VS Wholemeal Bread
I don't know if it is just all in my mind or if it really is the case, but: Is wheat free brown bread (the Genius brand in this case) more filling and satisfying hunger-wise than normal wholemeal bread (like Hovis wholemeal which I adore)? Certainly contains a lot more fat I have noticed. 5 times more in fact and more…

When will the weight come off?!! What's your story?
Just joined this site yesterday & think it's great. My friends are probably seriously bored of me talking about food and exercise all day long but to be quite frank....that is what is mostly on my mind right, especially now that I have decided to take this seriously SO....I am glad that I can chat away and exchange stories…
