Want to eat 1500 cal a day
I think 1200 calories is just not sustainable for my life style habits. I need to determine what I need to do that will allow me to be at 1500 calories a day. Any suggestions? such as: walk 1 miles each day, or zumba 2x a week?

I live in Racine, WI and I am looking for some workout girlfriends. I love a variety of activities and love to try new things all the time. Currently doing zumba and like walking and bike riding. Iam looking to play beach volleyball this year and maybe next year I hope i can try tennis.
