Express elevator going down
Hey all! New to MFP. Well actually aboout 30 days in. I think that I finally have it all working for me. I have a doctors support, a personal trainer, a gym that's open 24/7 and now MFP. I gave myself a year to drop from 252 to 175 but thanks to the aformentioned things I'm almost halfway there in 5 weeks.
